In these online, interactive training simulations, faculty and staff learn to create a safer and more supportive space for LGBTQ students in secondary school institutions. This includes how to respond when someone makes a biased comment or expresses prejudice ideology; how to be supportive when a student comes out as LGBTQ; how to recognize warning signs and connect students who may be in psychological distress with school support services. In these simulations, users learn by engaging in virtual role-play conversations with three fully animated and intelligent virtual students, helping resolve challenges that arise in the classroom and in one-on-one conversations.
